The structural features of metal seal roller bits
1, Adopt floating bearing structure which is made of new material with high strength, high elastic, high temperature resistance, and high wear resistance, and the surface is processed by solid lubricants. This floating component can reduce the relative liner speed of the bearing pair as well as restrain the temperature rising of the friction surface to effectively improve the reliability and the service life of the bearing under high drilling pressure and high drilling speed.
